SHIPPING POLICY
We have loads of freight companies shipping our products everywhere in South Australia. They get our orders out nice and quickly so your order will never be far away. Using various shipping agents allows us to get the best rates possible based on your location and the size of the order. That way we get to pass the savings on to you.
METRO SHIPPING - The price for shipping varies from order to order and depends on the products and location where we need to deliver.
If you are in the Adelaide Metropolitan area we have VERY cheap shipping rates, sometimes its even FREE on larger orders.
NON-METRO SHIPPING - If you live outside the "Metro Zone" we are more than happy to provide a quote on shipping. Please note that if you select the "Metro Shipping" option on the website, but live outside the zone, we will contact you to let you know of the additional costs.
Whilst we are unable to deliver outside the Metro Zone as cheap as we can inside, we still get great rates.
So rest assured you will allows be getting an AWSome deal.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Adelaide Warehouse Supplies has a strict policy with returns and/or exchanges. While we will always do what we can to make sure our customers are happy, unfortunately if you purchase a product and simply change your mind we may not be able to offer a return or exchange.
There are no returns for any chemical items unless they are faulty in which case they would go back to the manufacturer to be tested prior to any refund being offered.
We are unable to offer a return or exchange on any specialty orders or non-stocked products unless they are faulty.
If you have received a faulty item you just need to return the product to the Adelaide warehouse within 14 days (or the warranty period) so that it can be tested, repaired or replaced. This may take a few days depending on the product or the problem. An assessment will be made by an authorised Adelaide Warehouse Supplies team member. If there are signs of misuse, damage, neglect or lack of regular maintenance we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Please note that all warranty claims are "Back to Base" this means that if you have a faulty item it is your responsibility to return the product back to our warehouse in Ferryden Park for a full assessment. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Adelaide Warehouse Supplies takes no responsibility in returning the product back to our base for assessment.
